Summary:

Perform repairs (i.e. caulking bathtubs, changing furnace filters, fixing screens, replacement of light fixtures)
Look for preventative maintenance opportunities
General carpentry and construction

Work schedule: Monday - Friday 8:30am to 5pm

Pay Frequency: Weekly

Pay: $15-$25/hour *Must be highly skilled in electrical and plumbing to be eligible for $25 an hour.*
